About Us
CARBA is the Central Atlantic Reformed Baptist Association. We are an association of Confessional Reformed Baptist Churches in Virginia, West Virginia, and Pennsylvania which fully subscribe to the Second London Baptist Confession of Faith (1689) and “hold communion [fellowship]” with one another.
CARBA is led by a Steering Committee of Elders chosen annually by the Messengers from our member churches.
We hold a General Assembly (GA) each fall (the last Friday of September) for edification, fellowship, prayer, and conducting association business in which each member church sends Messengers to represent their congregations.
We sponsor a Spring Presbyterion (Pastors’ Fraternal) each year (usually in April or May) open to Pastors and Elders within and outside our association. This meeting offers a time of teaching, fellowship, and prayer for local church Elders.
We also sponsor the Keach Conference, an annual theology and ministry conference open to anyone who registers to attend held each fall (the Saturday after the last Friday of September).
